GENERAL &
RESERVATIONS

Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Overnight self-parking is $30 per night. Meeting and event self-parking is $15 per day.

Please make arrangements with Guest Services for early arrival or late check-out in advance. If we are unable to accommodate your request, your luggage can be stored for you.

12.5% Lodging Tax + $2 Tourism Assessment.

All room rates are nightly and based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $20 per night. Maximum of four people per room. Children under the age of 17 stay for free.

Rollaway beds are available in our Cascade Suite, Olympic Suite, and Studio Suite only. Advance notice is recommended.

Cedarbrook Lodge is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport. We offer a complimentary shuttle to and from Sea-Tac International Airport, Seattle Link light rail, and Tukwila Amtrak platform. * For the health and safety of our guests, the shuttle is running on a limited schedule.

POLICIES

Reservations must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. 48 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund. Reservations cancelled after 4:00 p.m. 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night plus tax. Please call our reservations team at 877.515.2176 to make changes or cancellations.

At check-in, an authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your reservation rate plus tax and an additional $100 USD per stay in anticipated incidental charges. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $100 per stay for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in. You may pay your final amount owed via credit card or cash upon departure. If you will not be checking in, but would like to pay for a guest's stay, please contact reservations at 206.901.9268. Guests are not required to settle their account with the credit card used at time of check-in.

Our entire resort is a non-smoking facility.

Yes, our fitness center is open daily for your convenience. Whatever your regimen may be — weights, stationary bikes, treadmills — it's all here. You can also take advantage of the gorgeous outdoors and venture along our walking paths or organize a game of croquet, horseshoes, or bocce ball.

Wi-Fi access is complimentary in your guestroom and across the property.

Yes, the business center is available 24 hours per day and provides one computer station, a printer, and a shredder for guest use.

We don't have a pool, but we have an outdoor hot tub which is heated and open year-round.

Yes, we offer a complimentary 24/7 shuttle to and from Sea-Tac International Airport, Seattle Link light rail, and Tukwila Amtrak platform.

Our shuttle departs from Cedarbrook Lodge every 30 minutes for Sea-Tac International Airport departures. For pick-up, please call anytime at 206-901-9268.

PETS

Dogs are welcome at Cedarbrook Lodge for a non-refundable $50 fee per stay. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability; advance reservations are required. Etiquette waiver must be signed upon check in. * Due to Health Department regulations, only service animals are permitted in food service areas.
