A KOI PROPOSAL

Just one of the many unique settings at Cedarbrook is our Koi pond. Koi fish symbolize persistence, determination, wealth, success, and good fortune, so what better atmosphere to pop the big question, or celebrate with your special someone? We'll set up a romantic dinner for two on our patio overlooking the Koi pond just for you, set with candlelight and privacy screens so it's just you and the Koi!

Micro weddings are the new way to celebrate, and our Cedarbrook Suites provide a quintessential Pacific Northwest setting for a cozy winter wedding for 6-8 guests. Hold your ceremony by the roaring fire, then sit down to an intimate multi-course dinner with wine pairings. We'll set the scene with candles and flowers, to create a romantic atmosphere for your special day.

ELOPE IN THE WOODS

Elopements are a beautiful occasion, and Cedarbrook's 18-acre grounds can provide any backdrop you dream of, from the woods to the gardens. We'll take care of everything, from your intimate ceremony complete with officiant and bouquet, to dinner, cake, and a stay in our suite with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting upon your arrival. All you will have to think about is your love!

The Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar patio is a hidden gem, and one of the best places to enjoy the warm summer sun. You can reserve the indoor – outdoor space for a small brunch gathering or afternoon luncheon. From bridal showers to a retirement parties, brunch is the new dinner when it comes to celebrations.

CHEF'S GARDEN DINNER

Our chefs take locally-sourced seriously, so much so that they grow their own produce and herbs in our very own Cedarbrook Chef's Garden.
