Or, upgrade your event to our Indulge Meeting Package for more customized options for your day. Best of all, our attentive team will take care of the details so that you can focus on the meeting itself.

Cedarbrook’s Savor Meeting Package includes:

  • Dedicated meeting room, set with tables, chairs, and linen for your general session.
  • Self or valet day-parking for your guests.
  • Audiovisual package including a high-powered LCD projector, retractable ceiling screens, 3M Post-It flip chart package with markers, and an AC power strip, computer audio connection and HDMI video cable set at the presenter’s table.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Meeting supplies including markers, pens, and notepads.
  • Northwest-inspired Breakfast featuring scrambled eggs, Applewood-smoked bacon, bagels, smoked steelhead, charcuterie, Greek yogurt fruit parfaits, granola, cereals, fresh fruit juices, assorted pastries and muffins, Starbucks® coffee, and tea.
  • Chef’s Choice Lunch Buffet featuring three salads, three hot entrées (one vegetarian), rolls and butter, assorted desserts, and non-alcoholic beverage service. Dietary restrictions are easily accommodated.
