Save the date! Save the entire month! Cedarbrook's 2015 Taste & Touch Series will continue throughout September by paying homage to heirloom tomatoes.

Held - as tradition and weather allowing - on Cedarbrook's Evergreen Lawn will be the Fifth Annual Heirloom Tomato Festival. Participating will be chef/restaurant partners preparing tasty tomato treats at their outdoor booths. Products and representatives from other popular vendors and distributors will also be available. Live entertainment will be provided by The Wiretappers! Tickets are available on BrownPaperTickets.com.

Tomatoes are awesome - whether eaten or applied directly on the skin! Did you know high amounts of the antioxidant lycopene helps to neutralize cell damaging free radicals and increase the production of collagen?

Among featured tomato-based Spa treatments will be:

      • Tomato Lime Brightening Facial - utilizing raw lime juice and tomato puree to exfoliate and brighten skin, leading to a more even skin tone and soft complexion. (50 minutes, $98)
      • Tomato and Olive Oil Body Polish - Natural tomato enzymes exfoliates dry skin while olive oil restores hydration. (50-minutes - $98) 
      • Skin Refining Treatment - Perfect summer treatment protects skin from UV rays, minimizes fine lines and promotes healthy glow. (50-minutes - $108)

Copperleaf Restaurant's September-long culinary highlights will include:

      • Seared Neah Bay Halibut with a diced heirloom tomato "gazpacho" and sweet corn pudding
      • Heirloom Tomato "Parfait" with basil mousse, Parmigiano-Reggiano and candied olives
      • Specialty Heirloom Tomato Bloody Mary’s

The holidays are such a 'happy' time for many...times that literally touch all our human senses. Cedarbrook's 2015 Taste & Touch Series acknowledges our sense of taste and smell during December by presenting Spices of the Season.

Featured December Spa treatments will include:

  • Cinnamon and Clove Seasonal Body Polish - the perfect winter body exfoliation which restores radiance and stimulates the senses. (50 minutes; $98)
  • Orange-Spice Foot Refresher - a unique blend or orange, allspice and vanilla reduce inflammation and rejuvenate the feet. (50 minutes; $98)
  •  Honey and Nutmeg Facial - an effective anti-aging facial incorporating nutmet to naturally exfoliate and improve elasticity. (50 minutes; $108)

Among Copperleaf Restaurant's December culinary offerings will be:

  • Huckleberry Cinnamon-Braised Canadian Goose with parsnip mousseline, star anise and candied ginger
  • Vanilla Honey-Glazed House-Cured Ham with clove-cider, spiced cranberry and filled apples
