Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is the ideal, intimate venue to relish fresh farm-to-table regional bounty for lunch and dinner. Here, sustainability and a tireless pursuit of superior locally grown and lovingly raised foods abound. Following its summer 2012 expansion, overseen by GGLO Seattle, the restaurant accommodates 52 indoor diners, 35 bar diners and 25 for exceptional seasonal outdoor dining on Copperleaf Terrace. A large wood-burning outdoor fireplace enables al fresco diners to appreciate their Seattle-Tacoma surroundings.
Showcased in both bar and restaurant are custom-made banquettes featuring 100 percent bamboo fabrics, hand blown glass sculptures, hand-crafted Meyer Wells Silver Maple and Red Elm focal tables and a large Tuscan table fashioned from reclaimed old growth forest. The inclusion of many other hard-to-find and unique artisan pieces support how very seriously Copperleaf regards its sourcing in every facet of the dining experience.
The dining room’s focal point remains the large stone fireplace which prominently contributes to its comfortable ambiance. Plus large windows frame spectacular views of Cedarbrook’s meticulously landscaped backyard and invite aromas from nearby cedar trees.
Those who dine at Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar savor year ’round fresh farm-inspired foods prepared from Cedarbrook Lodge’s on-site garden, paired with an elegant approachable wine list. The culinary and service teams remain always mindful of their mission: to deliver a quality experience – indicative of the Northwest region in every regard. All this makes Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar a locavore’s must-experience destination restaurant – a true celebration of culinary authenticity, love of great food and wine and complementing environs.
