12 months in advance of your selected Wedding date, meet with your Wedding Coordinator and take a tour of Cedarbrook Lodge

11 months prior, book your Wedding at Cedarbrook Lodge and arrange for Special Guest Rates for out of town friends and family. Send out the "Save the Date" cards with all pertinent Cedarbrook Lodge information.

4 months prior, schedule your Complimentary Menu and Wine Tasting with your Wedding Coordinator.

3 months prior, finalize your Guest List and Menu Selection.

2 months prior, after choosing your Menu, send out your Wedding Invitations.

45 days prior, finalize your Rehearsal Dinner arrangements with Cedarbrook Lodge and send your Invitations for this special event.

30 days prior, the Group Room Block will be released. Ensure all guests have confirmed their Guest Room Reservations with Cedarbrook Lodge.

14 days prior, finalize details, guest counts and menu selections.

3 days prior, deliver all wedding favors, place cards, seating chart and decoration instructions to your Wedding Coordinator at Cedarbrook Lodge.
