What To Do	Due Date	Comments
Book Wedding	12-18 months in advance for best dates	Once booked, a contract will be issued for wedding date and hotel rooms. A non-refundable deposit of 15% or $2,500 plus $500 damage deposit will be required at the time of signing.
Return Signed Contract	2 weeks after booking	Mail/eMail signed contract to your Wedding Coordinator.
Send Save the Dates	6 months to 1 year before wedding	Showcase your chosen wedding venue to your guests
Order Wedding Cake	3-4 months before wedding	Contact your Wedding Coordinator regarding recommended vendors.
Finalize Wedding Details	3 months before wedding	Finalize menu, bar, decoration and other specific details.
Room Reservations Due	1 month before wedding	All rooms held in a room block must be reserved by this date. Any unreserved rooms will be released.
Send Invitations	2 months before wedding	If serving a plated meal at your reception, be sure to include entrée choice cards with invitation. Remember to include RSVPs!
Make Final Payment	3 weeks before wedding	Contact your Wedding Coordinator.
Guarantee Final Number of Guests	7 days before wedding	Contact your Wedding Coordinator.
