The ceremony site will be available to decorate and use for pictures two hours prior to the ceremony. Decorating is the responsibility of the wedding party. Assistance with decorating is available @ $50 per person per hour. Cedarbrook Lodge is not responsible for the security of any decorations left over night in or around the function room. Earlier access may be available for a fee. Check with your Wedding Coordinator.Cedarbrook Lodge will not move gifts after the ceremony/reception. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to handle wedding gifts.

After your ceremony the Cedarbrook team will move ceremony flowers to pre-designated locations at the reception site.
