CELEBRATE LOVE AT COPPERLEAF RESTAURANT & BAR
Award-winning Seattle farm-to-table destination presents Valentine’s Day dinner

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar invites couples seeking a romantic culinary getaway to enjoy its Valentine's Day celebration dinner on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 from 5 to 10 p.m.

SEATTLE – (January 3, 2013) - Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar invites couples seeking a romantic culinary getaway to enjoy its Valentine’s Day celebration dinner on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013 from 5 to 10 p.m.

Executive Chef Mark Bodinet has created a stunning six-course prix fixe menu featuring local ingredients, including aphrodisiacs, for guests to enjoy. The entrée course includes each guest’s choice of Diver Scallops with glazed cauliflower, pickled dates, applewood-smoked bacon emulsion; Snake River Farms Wagyu Brisket with a twice-baked

Ozette potato, sweet carrots and artichoke mustard, or Nash Family Farm Poussin with grilled Bosc pears, sunchokes, celery branch and black trumpet mushrooms. (Complete menu follows.)

Copperleaf’s Saint Valentine’s Day dinner will be served on Thursday, February 14th from 5 to 10 p.m. and is $95 per person with wine pairings available for an additional $35 per person. In addition to many herbs and vegetables grown in Cedarbrook’s onsite Chef’s garden and mushroom patch, Copperleaf sources most of its menu from within 100 miles of the restaurant. Copperleaf’s wine list is comprised of more than 85 percent local and regional varietals from top Pacific Northwest vintners, including more than 24 biodynamic and organic varietals and Copperleaf’s private label red wine.

Copperleaf was named a 2011 Top 10 New Restaurant by Gayot, as well as Best New Restaurant to open in 2010 by Seattle Magazine readers.
