Grand Easter Sunday Brunch and Prix Fixe Easter Celebration at Copperleaf Restaurant

SEATTLE – (March 26, 2012) - Look no further than Copperleaf Restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge for the perfect quintessentially Northwest Easter dining experience. The award-winning farm-to-table restaurant announces its Grand Easter Sunday Brunch and Prix Fixe Easter Celebration, both available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 8th.

Using local ingredients, mostly sourced from within 100 miles of Copperleaf, Executive Chef Mark Bodinet and his culinary team will delight guests of all ages with both an elaborate Northwest buffet in Tamarack Hall and exquisite plated four-course brunch in the Copperleaf dining room.

Guests who want a family-friendly dining experience will appreciate the Grand Easter Sunday Brunch buffet, available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Tamarack Hall. With local favorites, including homemade granola and yogurt “parfaits”; Astoria Bay smoked salmon with capers and sweet onions; herb-roasted leg of lamb with rosemary jus and mint gelee; heirloom potato salad with celery hearts, sweet peppers and grain mustard; Taylor Shellfish manila clams with fennel bulb, sweet peppers, English cucumbers and grilled lemon; as well as a selection of desserts including the Snoqualmie Ice Cream buffet and an assortment of cakes, cookies and pastries.

For a heightened culinary experience, guests can indulge in Chef Bodinet’s four-course prix fixe brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Copperleaf’s dining room. Highlighting spring flavors, Chef will present dishes including Full Circle Farms Golden Beet Soup with fennel jam, navel orange and truffle fleur d’ sel; Painted Hills Beef Short Rib with arrowleaf spinach, house-cured bacon and Snoqualmie Valley potatoes; and Banana Frozen Yogurt with maple sugar and Theo’s Chocolate pretzels.

Easter Brunch at Copperleaf Restaurant is available on Sunday, April 8th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Grand Easter Sunday buffet is $52 for adults, $39 for seniors and $24.99 for children ages seven to 17.
