DETAILS: Culinary Director Roy Breiman and Executive Chef Mark Bodinet of Copperleaf Restaurant invite foodies and cider lovers to enjoy the restaurant’s Terrace Dinner with Finnriver Farm Cidery (complete menu follows).Guests can experience this one-of-a-kind cider dinner, inspired and prepared by Chef Bodinet, while enjoying hand-crafted sparkling cider, spirited fruit wines and liqueurs, and al fresco dining on Copperleaf Terrace. Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to meet Jim Bovino of Finnriver to learn more about the farm’s cidery. Finnriver Farm Cidery of Chimacum, Wash., makes their products with berries and heirloom apples that are grown on their certified organic family farm in Washington’s Olympic Peninsula.Seating for this Terrace Dinner is limited and reservations are required.
