SEATTLE – (June 3, 2010) – Coastal Hotel Group, a privately held Seattle-based hospitality management company, is pleased to announce its new “To Dine For” package, available now through September 30, 2010. The package offers guests a relaxing overnight stay and gourmet dinner at any of its four properties: Cedarbrook Lodge in Seattle, Hotel Fifty in Portland, Ore., The Resort at The Mountain (The Resort) in Welches (Mt. Hood), Ore. and Lodge on the Desert in Tucson, Ariz.

“We know our guests will enjoy our premier properties and exquisite dining options,” said Coastal Hotel Group President Yogi Hutsen. “This is the perfect package for those celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, or for those who simply want a little getaway.”

Guests at Cedarbrook Lodge will experience some of the best local, organic and sustainable fare prepared by Copperleaf Restaurant’s Executive Chef Mark Bodinet. Likewise, guests at Hotel Fifty will experience fresh, local and upbeat downtown Portland dining prepared by Executive Chef Nick Yanes of H5O bistro & bar. At The Resort, Paul Bosch, executive chef of Altitude restaurant, prepares a fusion of tastes, flavors, preparations and presentations at the upscale, yet casual restaurant. Finally, guests at Lodge on the Desert will enjoy Executive Chef Ryan Clark’s spin on local Tucson favorites.

While each Coastal Hotel Group property has unique characteristics, guests at every hotel will be pampered with signature amenities including comfortable beds wrapped in luxury linens, spa robes, Green Natura bath products, cable television and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.

The “To Dine For” packages start at $139 per night and include a $50 dining credit for guests to use during their stay. The package is available now through September 30, 2010.
