And, Cedarbrook’s 167 guestrooms and suites accommodate meeting and event participants in three guestroom buildings – all located within easy walking distance of our main meeting and event spaces.
Unique to Cedarbrook is The Summit Auditorium that features Dolby-Digital Surround Sound, a built-in high-definition projection system, and ergonomically designed Herman Miller Aeron™ chairs for 50 to 120 guests.
Big Cedar meeting spaces accommodate 20 to 200 guests comfortably, and smaller group meetings, interviews and breakouts are well-suited in our Dens, ideal for groups of two to eight guests, or meeting studios, ideal for 10 to 14 guests. Big Cedar spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private restrooms, and A/V capabilities and our Studios provide cozy gas-fireplaces.
During your event, indulge in impeccable food and beverage from the Cedarbrook culinary team. Our passion and process starts with the local and seasonal products and ingredients themselves and Cedarbrook’s resource partners are quality-driven devotees of responsible, sustainable, fair-trade practices. Seasonally, meeting and event attendees will indulge in food from our own Chef’s Garden.
