As are its location and surroundings. 167 guest rooms and suites accommodate meeting and event participants in three guest room buildings (Spruce, Dogwood and Alder) within easy walking distance of Cedarbrook’s meeting and event space. The space itself is very comfortable and convenient; every consideration was given to creating for planners and participants the most optimal, state-of-the-art technological and audio-visual advantages. Six medium to large size meeting rooms in Big Cedar include Tamarack Hall, Cedar I, Cedar II, Cedar III (The Cedars); Lily and Brightwood Board Room. The Summit auditorium features Dolby-Digital Surround EX™. While guests enjoy the comfort of Herman Miller Aeron™ chairs used in many meeting and event sets. Big Cedar spaces comfortably accommodate anywhere from 24 to 300 guests. The floor-to-ceiling working windows invite seasonal cedary breezes.

Whether for meeting session breaks or a reception event prior to dinner, Reflections Gallery in Big Cedar delivers a comfortable, easy-going ambiance equally suited for larger professional or social gatherings. And multiple terraces overlooking Cedarbrook’s lush landscaped grounds provide an irresistible opportunity for a breath of fresh air.

If a more intimate or smaller business setting is appropriate, the two Spruce suite parlors or four Spruce dens accommodate from 8 to 20 guests. Each of the four suite parlors boasts a stone gas-encased fireplace, wall of floor-to-ceiling working windows, comfortable window seating and private bathroom. And the four Spruce dens offer a similar wall of floor-to-ceiling working windows and private bathroom.
