March, 2012 has been declared Washington Wine Month. So says the Washington State Wine Commission. And to help you celebrate, Chef Mark Bodinet and the culinary team at Copperleaf Restaurant, designed an awesome four-course dinner menu (plus amuse and mignardises) paired with four delightfully spot on Washington state wines. To sip. To savor. To ponder.

It's available any evening March 1 - 31. Designate one March night an evening of exceptional celebration; come revel in the flavors and textures of this thoughtfully-composed menu. Oh, and the Washington wines! You'll be pleased you did.

Fridays on the Farm . . .

Every Friday beginning Friday, September 2 from 5 - 6:30 PM, you are invited to partake in a small sampling of assorted and hand-crafted farm products artfully prepared by Chef Mark Bodinet. Join us for this weekly stroll through the fields. Raise a glass to celebrate these extraordinary delights - when Northwest farming meets culinary artistry. It's sheer genius AND it's complimentary!

The Happy Hour . . .

Be enthusiastic. Be obsessed. Be authentically Northwest. And be all of them during Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar's happy hour. The Happy Hour happens every Tuesday through Friday from 4:30 - 6:30 PM.

Enjoy hand-crafted, yet approachable and uniquely seasonal small plates, local artisanal brews and regional varietals from the vine. Chef Mark Bodinet's whimsical and downright playful food selections include Crispy Portabello Fries, Black Plum Glazed Pork Riblettes and Roasted Garlic & Proscuitto Flatbread.
