4th Annual Heirloom Tomato Festival

Saturday, September 6
1 – 5 PM

Back by popular demand at its ‘home’ on Cedarbrook Lodge’s Evergreen Lawn will be this tomato lover’s delight…the 4th Annual Heirloom Tomato Festival. Participating chef/restaurant partners preparing tasty tomato treats at their outdoor booths will include:

Steve Ariel – Trace Restaurant (W Seattle)
Mark Bodinet – Copperleaf Restaurant
Edourardo Jordan – Bar Sajor
Bobby Moore – Barking Frog (Willows Lodge)
Holly Smith – Café Juanita
Eric Truglas – Packers Oyster Bar, Pierside Kitchen (Semiahmoo Resort)
Jacob Weigner – Blackboard Bistro
Jason Wilson – Crush Restaurant, Miller’s Guild

Products and representatives from Pike Brewery, Hightower Cellars, Glass Distillery, Parejas Cellars and Corfini Cellars will also be available.

Entertainment by The Beautiful Strangers.

Tickets may be purchased on Brown Paper Tickets.  Admission is $25 prepaid and $30 day of event.

This year’s seeds/seedlings were planted the weekend of April 12 and 13 and are maturing nicely! You’ll be able to taste the fruits of those efforts in September!

Enjoy hand-crafted, yet approachable and uniquely seasonal small plates, local artisanal brews and regional varietals from the vine. Chef Mark Bodinet’s whimsical and downright playful food selections include Yukon Gold “Tater Tots”, Crispy Polenta Fries, Alaskan True Cod “Fish & Chips” and Black Plum Glazed Pork Riblettes.
