Uniquely and exceptionally crafted treats include not-to-be-missed local and international cheeses, sliced charcuterie and fresh cold smoked local king salmon. Plus golden brown specialty pastries baked daily and served with home-made cranberry and pear jams or huckleberry-infused honey from Snoqualmie Valley. Hand-made granola with Willamette Valley hazelnut and tart Yakima cherries is sure to please and is a great accompaniment to fresh-squeezed juices from Washington State.
