Dedicated meeting space most with scenic views; state-of-the-art, built-in audiovisual and conference equipment; individual temperature controls and tackable wall surfaces.

Standard audio visual equipment includes high-powered LCD projectors, retractable ceiling screens, computer audio, VGA video cable and AC power strip set at presentation computer and flip chart with markers.

Meeting furniture and set-up includes padded executive chairs for 12-hour comfort and conference tables set in the style arranged with your conference planner.

Continental breakfast includes fresh fruit juice, assorted pastries and muffins and coffee, tea and decaf.

Mid-morning coffee break features replenishments on all beverages.

Buffet luncheon includes salad bar, variety of hot and cold entrees, rolls, beverages and dessert bar.

Mid-afternoon refreshment break includes soft drinks, healthy snacks, coffee, tea and decaf.

Conference supplies include pens, notepads, coasters, glasses and water service.
